The Dark Iron One-Shot
A NG+++ glass-cannon strike build that weaponizes the Dark Iron Staff's defense-to-attack scaling for a single, devastating Unveiling Strike. By stacking Tender Jade Lotus soaks for bonus Defense, intentionally dying to trigger Unbegotten, Undying's 30% damage bonus, and entering Cloud Step from inside the Gore-Eye Daoist's red glow, the build layers every available multiplier into one strike that obliterates bosses in a single hit.

With the Yaksha set, Tender Jade Lotus soaks, and Rui Scroll Defense talents all pushing Defense to its ceiling, the staff translates the entire build into raw burst damage on the Unveiling Strike.
How to Obtain
Mythical headgear of the Yaksha set. Its unique effect significantly increases Attack when Health is low, which lines up perfectly with the build's intentional-death rotation that keeps you below 50% HP for the Yaksha 4-piece bonus.
How to Obtain
Two-piece bonus: Pillar Stance Varied Combos, Sweeping Gale and Churning Gale deal additional Damage. Four-piece bonus: significantly increases Damage both dealt and taken while you stay below half Health. The creator quotes this as roughly +25% damage and +25 flat Attack. The damage-taken downside is the price of admission for the build's low-HP burst window.
Stack three Beast Buddhas in every Curio slot to push Critical Hit Damage to its ceiling. Each curio adds roughly +9% Crit Damage and they stack additively for a total ~+27%, which is the largest single Crit Damage layer on the Unveiling Strike.
How to Obtain
Mandatory Vessel. Equipped passive slightly increases both Critical Hit Chance and Critical Damage (~+2% Crit Rate, +6% Crit Damage), which stack additively with the Beast Buddha curios and the Refreshing Taste relic talent inside the Unveiling Strike window.

Mandatory Spirit. Activated ability summons a staff topped with a glowing toad. Standing inside the staff's crimson glow significantly enhances your Attack, adding roughly a flat +80 Attack to the Unveiling Strike on top of every other multiplier.

Mandatory Mythical gourd. The last sip significantly increases Attack for ~30 seconds, providing the +30 damage bonus window the creator times the one-shot rotation around. Drinking also triggers any equipped soaks, including the three Tender Jade Lotus stacks.

Mandatory Mythical drink. Recovers 30% of Maximum Health per sip and considerably increases damage executed by the next attack (~+12 Attack to the next hit). Stack this with the Multi-Glazed Gourd's last-sip Attack buff to layer two damage buffs into the Unveiling Strike.

Combat Strategy
- ▸Down Loong Aura Amplification Pellets, Enhanced Tiger Subduing Pellets, and Enhanced Ginseng Pellets before the fight. The pellets bank Attack, Crit Chance, Crit Damage, Damage, and Focus buffs that last for the whole encounter.
- ▸Sip the Multi-Glazed Gourd to trigger the last-sip Attack buff and all three brew soaks (Breath of Fire, Loong Balm, and 3x Tender Jade Lotus).
- ▸Confirm the full Yaksha set is equipped so the 4-piece Outrage bonus is online once your Health drops below half.
- ▸Verify Auspicious Lantern is slotted (swap in from your third Beast Buddha) so the Cloud Step Attack boost is active during the burst window.
- ▸Take a hit or two from the boss to drop your Health below 50%. The Yaksha 4-piece bonus, the Yaksha Mask of Outrage unique, and Tablet of the Three Supreme all key off the low-HP state.
- ▸Continue trading until a fatal hit lands. Life-Saving Strand auto-activates and restores full Health, then Unbegotten Undying kicks in with ~+30% damage and a 15-second invulnerability window.
- ▸Activate the Gore-Eye Daoist spirit so the staff's crimson glow lands on the boss's expected position.
- ▸Cast Immobilize on the boss. The +15% damage-taken debuff lands on the boss, and the spell cast triggers Lingering Aroma for another +10% damage from your side.
- ▸Down a single Enhanced Tiger Subduing Pellet (or whatever pellet is on cooldown) so Refreshing Taste lights up the next attack with +15% Crit Chance.
- ▸Enter Cloud Step. The disperse adds +40% Crit Chance and +20% Attack to the follow-up.
- ▸Return from the mist and release the Unveiling Strike from inside the Gore-Eye Daoist glow. Every multiplier in the build is now stacked on this one hit.
- ▸After the boss survives the first one-shot attempt (a rare but possible outcome on the toughest NG+++ enemies), rest at a Keeper's Shrine to reset Life-Saving Strand's 600-second cooldown before re-engaging.
- ▸If you run out of pellets mid-encounter, retreat to refill at Xu Dog or any Keeper's Shrine vendor. The build does not have an in-fight sustain loop; consumables are the entire economy.
- ▸The Yaksha 4-piece bonus increases damage taken as well as dealt. Stay close enough to the boss to bait specific punishable attacks instead of getting caught by sweeping AOEs that the increased damage taken would amplify.
