The iconic electrical variant of the Monowire, with the same whip-like crowd-control range, but every strike deals electrical damage with a 10–20% shock chance. With the Jailbreak Relic perk the Monowire gains a dedicated Control quickhack slot that fires on charged release for zero RAM cost, letting you saturate groups with Cyberware Malfunction or Contagion almost for free.

The cyberdeck that glues the whole build together. MK.V has a keystone effect. Activating Overclock automatically uploads Reboot Optics and Weapon Glitch to every enemy within 8m, a free AoE Control quickhack layer that stacks with Ticking Time Bomb's EMP and feeds Embedded Exploit's +60% damage bonus against Control-hacked targets. MK.III's '+40% Combat quickhack damage when chained after a non-Combat hack' makes every Monowire Jailbreak release feed a damage window.

Enables quickhacks to land critical hits and boosts quickhack crit chance by 80–100%. Combined with Edgerunner Fury's +30% crit chance and Visual Cortex Support's distance scaling, this is what pushes effective quickhack crit chance to ~100% in combat.

RAM regen rate jumps +250% when RAM drops below a threshold, effectively an infinite fuel tank during Overclock when health-as-RAM is burning fast. You never stall out between quickhack chains.

Tier 5 thermal grenade that deploys 32 laser cutters in a 3–4m radius. Decapitates any non-boss enemy below 20–30% HP, serving as a cleanup tool for enemies that survive the Overclock burn and Ticking Time Bomb stun.

Core Errata synergy pick. Infects enemies with a poison DoT that jumps to 2 nearby targets within 8m, pairing with Spillover (50% extra jump chance under Overclock) and the Monowire Jailbreak slot to saturate entire squads for minimal RAM.
