The heart of the build. This iconic silenced Power pistol has a modifier that grants perfect accuracy and guaranteed headshot Critical Hits while Optical Camo is active, along with increased damage. The unique silencer adds 150% damage when shooting from stealth at the cost of 10% base damage, so a single cloaked headshot deletes almost anything.

The engine behind the one-shots. This iconic Sandevistan slows time by 85% for everyone but you and raises Headshot, Crit Chance, and Crit Damage by 15% (up to 20% at higher tiers). Neutralizing an enemy while it is active extends the duration and refunds stamina, so you can cloak, slow time, and clear a room before it drops.

Iconic Dogtown optics that boost Crit Chance by 25-35% while scanning, plus 10x optical zoom for ranged picks. The creator calls it optional: worth it for both the pistol and the katana, but skippable if you focus purely on pistols, since 20 Cool and Deadeye already guarantee headshot crits.

A flexible Arms pick. It buffs Body attribute checks and is handy for forcing open doors around the map, but the slot is largely personal preference. The main point is to fill it so the Cyborg perk stays active.

The Hands slot filler. It increases ricochet chance and adds 8-30% ricochet damage with Power weapons, and links your weapon and optics for a live status readout. Which hand side it goes on does not matter. The real reason it is here is to fill every cyberware slot for the Cyborg perk.

Reduces the cooldown of all cyberware by 5-7.5% every time you neutralize an enemy. Combined with the Sandevistan, every kill shortens your time-slow cooldown so you keep near-permanent uptime across a fight.

Automatically pops your equipped health item (Blood Pump) the moment Health drops below 50%. A fire-and-forget panic heal so you never have to manually react when a fight turns against you.

Adds 8-11% mitigation chance and 5-11% mitigation strength, layering damage reduction on top of your Skeleton mitigation cyberware for the moments you do get hit.

Adds 8-18% mitigation chance while your Stamina is above 85% (the same window Deadeye wants), plus a chunk of armor. Free damage reduction that lines up with how you already play.
