Elder's Mark
An Elder's Mark setup built around Furious stacking, silenced sneak attacks, and multiplicative team bonuses. Its high-damage configuration reaches the strongest boss numbers with Pin-Pointer's and an armor-piercing receiver, while a Conductors setup trades some damage for self-sustaining VATS. Separate Ghoul and Human loadouts preserve the same weapon loop with race-specific stats, perks, and armor rolls.
Damage
9,780 peak buffed team damage, 7,700 without damage consumables
Survivability
Power Armor or Sentinel's armor, plus optional Reflective shield strategy
Boss
Deletes the Guardian rapidly after its shield breaks

The core silenced submachine gun. Furious adds damage as Onslaught stacks rise, Rapid increases its already high fire rate, and VATS Optimized stretches each Action Point bar. Use Pin-Pointer's with the armor-piercing receiver for the damage ceiling, or switch both highlighted mods for the Infinite VATS setup.
High-Damage Setup
- ▸Furious (1-star, Mandatory)— +5% damage per Onslaught stack. Currently the highest-damage first-star choice.Wiki
- ▸
- ▸
- ▸Pin-Pointer's (4-star)— The high-damage choice. Replace it with Conductors for Infinite VATS.
- ▸Armor-Piercing Receiver— Best overall DPS option, with 25% armor penetration and a 134 fire rate.
How to Obtain

One of the three strongest Power Armor choices by combined stats and set bonus. Ghouls prioritize Lucid and Thru-Hiker's, while Humans require Overeater's and can optionally add Powered. Both variants use Limit-Breaking for repeated VATS criticals.
Mods & Attachments
- ▸Ghoul: Lucid— Primary Ghoul armor roll recommended by the source.
- ▸Ghoul: Thru-Hiker's— Reduces the weight of the build's large food and drink stack.
- ▸Human: Overeater's (Mandatory)— Reduces incoming damage while hunger and thirst are filled.
- ▸Human: Powered (Flex)— Improves Action Point regeneration, but the build works without it.
- ▸Both: Limit-Breaking— Reduces the Action Point cost of VATS critical hits across the set.
How to Obtain
A non-Power Armor alternative for players who prefer lighter gear. Use Lucid, Sentinel's, and Limit-Breaking, with Sentinel's treated as useful protection rather than a mandatory roll.
Mods & Attachments
- ▸Lucid— The preferred primary roll.
- ▸Sentinel's (Flex)— Adds protection while standing still.
- ▸Limit-Breaking— Supports the VATS critical loop.

Consume it before the damage phase when using Pin-Pointer's. The Conductors configuration sustains VATS without coffee.
How to Obtain
Bobbleheads, magazines, Black Ice Tea, Blight Soup, Ballistic Bock, Sunset Sarsaparilla, and Overdrive raise the boss-damage ceiling. The build still performs strongly without the full stack.
Combat Strategy
- ▸Join any public team so Taking One for the Team can activate.
- ▸Equip Center Masochist for the Guardian or Eye of the Hunter for general encounters and the snake boss.
- ▸Apply the desired bobblehead, magazine, food, alcohol, and chem buffs before the damage phase.
- ▸Use the .50 Cal with One Gun Army from the raised platform to break the Guardian's shield quickly.
- ▸Alternatively, wear the Aristocrat's, Luck, Reflective set and let reflected attacks remove the shield.
- ▸Consume Canned Coffee as the shield falls if the Elder's Mark is using Pin-Pointer's.
- ▸Crouch before firing so Covert Operative, Mister Sandman, and Follow Through can multiply the opening damage.
- ▸Enter VATS and hold fire on the correct weak spot to build Furious Onslaught stacks.
- ▸Stay on target until the magazine or damage window ends, then repeat after Action Points recover.
- ▸Use Conductors and the Standard Receiver when you prefer Infinite VATS without Canned Coffee.
- ▸Use a Prime Receiver instead when the Infinite VATS setup needs more range.
- ▸Remain on a public team even when entering a raid alone because the team bonuses still apply.
