Ultracite Laser Rifle
Smashysnow's scoped Ultracite Laser Rifle build uses a 63-round Quad magazine, Beam Splitter, and Bullet Storm for huge weak-point bursts. The True Sniper Barrel and Beam Splitter produce five projectiles per trigger pull, rapidly building damage stacks. The Ghoul version has the highest aimed damage; the Human version retains the same core setup and adds a stronger optional VATS package.

The build's core weapon. Quad gives the True Sniper Barrel plus Beam Splitter configuration 63 shots. Beam Splitter makes every shot five projectiles, rapidly building Bullet Storm and multiplying the displayed weak-point hit.

How to Obtain
Use all six matching Strangler Heart pieces. Every legendary piece shown has Troubleshooter's, Luck, Thru-Hiker's, and Reflective. The full Reflective stack returns up to 50% of incoming damage, which Smashysnow combines with Ricochet to break the Guardian's shield before the scoped burst.

How to Obtain
Combat Strategy
- ▸Join a public team so Strange in Numbers, Herd Mentality, and Taking One for the Team can contribute.
- ▸Equip the complete matching Strangler Heart set and confirm all five legendary pieces carry Reflective.
- ▸Use the Long Scope and keep the Beam Splitter installed. The scoped weak-point interaction is central to the source build.
- ▸Aim through the Long Scope at a weak point so Smart Shot and Pin-Pointer's contribute.
- ▸Keep firing to build Bullet Storm. Each trigger pull produces five projectiles, so stacks rise quickly.
- ▸Crouch before the main damage window to add Covert Operative and Follow Through.
- ▸Use the Human variant in VATS only after replacing +3 Intelligence with VATS Optimized.
- ▸Stay exposed long enough for the five Reflective armor effects and Ricochet to return damage into the Guardian's shield.
