One Hand Sword Dominate
HenryAn early-to-mid-game power spike that turns Henry into a one- or two-shot machine before the Kuttenberg arc. The build exploits the gap between Henry's real physical stats and the Basilard's low weapon requirement to trigger the Train Hard, Fight Easy! damage bonus, then layers Purple Haze alchemy stacks for around 30 Vitality and nearly 200 Stamina. A Henry's-tier Dollmaker poison on the blade finishes the package, with most armoured guards folding in one or two stabs.
Damage
Two-shots most armoured guards. One-shots unarmoured bandits with a stab to the head.
Survivability
Around 30 Vitality with the Purple Haze stack live; Painkiller covers polearm trades.
Boss
Wins tournament-tier 1vX fights without dropping below half health.

Henry
Henry is the only protagonist in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. There is no preset class; skills level by use (Vitality, Strength, Agility, Sword, Alchemy, Thievery, Houndmaster, Warfare) and perk picks unlock every two levels. The build leans on the Alchemy tree's Purple Haze for Vitality stacking, the Strength tree's Train Hard, Fight Easy! to weaponise the gap between your stats and the Basilard's low requirement, and the Thievery tree's Back Alley Skirmisher for raw bonus damage with one-handed swords.
A short sword with a low 13 Strength / 14 Agility requirement, which is the entire reason it works as the build's main weapon. Once Henry's real Strength climbs past the requirement, Train Hard, Fight Easy! converts every extra point into raw bonus damage. The base 72 Stab / 76 Slash is already competitive before any buffs land.

How to Obtain
Highest-quality Henry's-tier poison applied directly to the Basilard. Drops the target's combat performance enough that even armoured guards fold in one or two stabs. A single coat stays on the blade for up to three in-game days, so brew it once at sunrise and forget about it for the rest of the day.
How to Obtain

Stamina and stamina-regen boost that lasts about an in-game hour. With Hardened Veteran on top, the Henry's tier of Buck's Blood is what pushes the build into 'never stop swinging' territory.

Combat Strategy
- ▸Drink Saviour Schnapps, Buck's Blood, Painkiller Brew, Fox Potion, and Aqua Vitalis in any order to spool up the Purple Haze stack to maximum Vitality before you walk into the fight.
- ▸Apply a Henry's-tier Dollmaker poison to the Basilard. The coat lasts up to three in-game days, so do it once at sunrise and forget about it.
- ▸Sleep in your own bed and eat a real meal before you leave. Both add active effects that feed Purple Haze.
- ▸If the enemy is in your face, eat the swing with a Master Strike for a free unblockable counter.
- ▸If Henry is the one initiating, lead with Opening Strike to bank the first-hit damage bonus before the enemy can guard.
- ▸Drop Mutt with Hellhound on whichever target is most likely to flee. Scaring one enemy off turns a 1v3 into a 1v2 instantly.
- ▸Cycle the Basilard's stab combo on guards' faces. With the full perk stack live, two stabs land per second and most guards drop on the second.
- ▸Stay close to the highest-armoured opponent so Against All Odds keeps firing. The bonus Strength stacks with Train Hard, Fight Easy! II and feeds back into the damage formula.
- ▸Keep stamina above half. Hardened Veteran plus Buck's Blood refill it faster than you spend it, so you never have to disengage.
- ▸Painkiller Brew is the panic button. If a polearm thrust catches you, the damage mitigation buys the time to back out, reset, and re-engage.
- ▸If a buff drops mid-fight, do not stand there refreshing. Disengage, re-buff, and come back. Purple Haze falls off hard when the active-effect counter drops.
- ▸Send Mutt with Sic-style commands at the highest-threat add. He will not out-damage Henry, but he distracts the second opponent long enough for a clean Master Strike on the first.
- ▸Use Mutt with Hellhound as a remote crowd-control button. The intimidation effect is strong enough to make low-courage bandits and conscripts yield without you swinging.
- ▸If a fight scales above what the Basilard handles, swap to the Duelling Longsword for the encounter. It does more damage in a vacuum, just no Train Hard, Fight Easy! synergy.
- ▸Re-coat the Basilard every two in-game days even if the poison still shows active. The wiki margin between expiry and re-application is tighter than the UI implies.
