Wiki

Chosen for raw fire rate rather than burst. Every bullet is another roll at a crit, and every crit is another 1% chance to reset your skills through Devoured Loop. Never fire the Fusion Cannon, since holding all 5 Mod Charges is what keeps the fire rate at its peak.

Mods & Attachments

  • ▸
Mod: Fusion Cannon— Built-in. Spends every stored Mod Charge on a piercing rail shot (max 5 charges). Don't fire it on this build, because the stored charges are what drive the Savior's fire rateWiki
  • ▸
Mutator: Thousand Cuts— Each shot fired adds 0.1% crit chance and crit damage, up to 50 stacks. At level 10 every stack also adds 1% reload speed. Drops from the Protector of the Grove aberration in Yaesha's Shrine of the Doe, which only spawns after you kill every deer in the groveWiki

Armor Tuning: Medium Weight

Any armor works, but staying at medium weight keeps your stamina comfortable. Even with Devoured Loop's extra 10% incoming damage, this setup reaches 49.2% damage reduction, enough to take about three hits on Apocalypse. The constant healing covers anything that gets through. Go heavier if you'd rather trade stamina for armor.

Combat Strategy

1Phase 1/3
Preparation
3 steps
  1. ▸Run Kinship in co-op so friendly fire doesn't wreck your team.
  2. ▸Build Savior Mod Charges up to the full 5 and keep them there. Insight tops them off over time.
  3. ▸Before a fight, top up teammates and their Warden drones with the Repair Tool.
2Phase 2/3
Core Rotation
3 steps
  1. ▸Open with Hunter's Mark, then keep landing weak spot hits so Dead to Rights extends it.
  2. ▸Hold the trigger on the Savior. Every crit is a chance for Devoured Loop to reset both skills.
  3. ▸Cast Skewer 2.0 from the Repair Tool for burst damage. Spirit Healer turns the Mod Power spent into a team heal.
3Phase 3/3
Sustain & Recovery
3 steps
  1. ▸Use Redemption to revive downed allies and heal the whole room. Hold the button longer for a bigger heal when nobody is down.
  2. ▸Keep your relic charge for emergencies, like reviving a teammate while Redemption is on cooldown.
  3. ▸Tranquil Heart regen plus Triage and Tear of Lydusa heal most hits back almost instantly.
