Feline Bloodbath Whirl
CombatA pure sword build that pairs Grandmaster Feline armor and the Feline steel sword with Aerondight as the silver blade. Razor Focus, Resolve, and Battle Frenzy keep Adrenaline topped up so nearly every hit crits, while the Bloodbath mutation piles on Attack Power with every blow until the fight ends. Open with a Quen shield, spin through crowds with Whirl, and weave in strong attacks once the set bonus is online.
Damage
Bloodbath stacks up to +250% Attack Power, +27% crit chance at 3 Adrenaline, +96% crit damage
Survivability
Free Quen on combat start, Undying revive, potion healing, 10% life leech, +300 Vitality
Boss
Near-constant crits with Crippling Strike's +30% damage taken. Flood of Anger and Maiming Shot handle special mechanics

Combat
The Combat tree covers Geralt's swordplay, crossbow, and Adrenaline. In the Remastered tree, every Combat skill you unlock also speeds up Adrenaline gain, so a deep investment keeps your Adrenaline bar full.

The only Feline weapon you keep. Built-in crit chance and bleed chance suit a build that crits on almost every swing, and it counts toward the set bonus. Severance widens Whirl so each spin catches the whole pack.

How to Obtain

Combat Strategy
- ▸Drink one decoction only. Ekimmara heals you from all the damage you deal, and Katakan adds crit chance if you prefer offense.
- ▸Oils and bombs are optional. The build doesn't invest in them, so they add little.
- ▸Slot Flood of Anger or Maiming Shot for monsters that need a specific Sign or have a dangerous special ability.
- ▸Let Protection put up a free Quen shield as combat starts, or cast Quen yourself before you have the glyphword.
- ▸Razor Focus starts the fight with an Adrenaline Point, so Battle Frenzy's crit bonus is live from the first swing.
- ▸Close in and start Whirl as soon as enemies surround you.
- ▸Hold Whirl against crowds. Severance on both swords widens its reach.
- ▸Use Fast Attacks on single targets. Crits from Fast Attacks apply Crippling Strike for up to 30% more damage taken.
- ▸With the Grandmaster set, open with a Strong Attack to boost Fast Attacks by 50% for 5 seconds, then let Fast Attacks charge up the next Strong Attack through Strength Training.
- ▸Keep Adrenaline high for crit chance, and spend it on Whirl only when a crowd is worth it.
- ▸Dodge rather than trade blows. Any hit resets your Bloodbath stacks.
- ▸Parry arrows with Arrow Deflection so archers can't stagger you or break your stacks.
- ▸Refreshment heals you with every potion dose, and Undying spends Adrenaline to save you from a killing blow.
