Buy Reinforced Tendons Before Anything Else
Reinforced Tendons are a leg cyberware implant purchasable from any Ripperdoc for 30,000 credits. They unlock the double jump, which opens previously unreachable areas, enables unique dialogue in certain quests, and chains naturally with combat abilities like the vehicle eject.
Complete Every Fixer's Gigs for Unique Rewards
Finishing all gigs for a given fixer unlocks a unique reward. Dino gives a Quadra Type-66, El Capitan rewards the Bloody Maria shotgun, Wakako gives an iconic Katana, and Padre provides an iconic power pistol. Track your progress by hovering over a fixer's map icon.
Use Sleep and Boosters to Power Up Efficiently
Sleeping in any bed grants a 20 percent experience bonus for one real-world hour, making it ideal before any XP grind. The Capacity Booster consumable increases carry weight by 50 percent when you've looted too much to fast travel. Ram Jolt boosts Netrunner RAM at the cost of health, and Skill Shards dropped by enemies permanently increase stats.

Perform Aerial Takedowns Without Any Perk
As of the 2.0 update, any character can trigger an aerial takedown by jumping onto an unaware enemy from above. The animation fires automatically on landing. This was previously gated behind the Hidden Dragon perk, which was removed in 2.0.
Hack Into Cameras to Survey and Tag Enemies
Accessing a single camera in a security system lets you cycle through every connected camera in the network. Use this to map out enemy positions and tag them before engaging. You can also quick hack enemies or environmental objects like fuel tanks directly from camera view.

Sell Looted Weapons Instead of Disassembling Them
Most weapons you pick up during quests and combat are not worth keeping or upgrading. Selling them at kiosks or vendors generates far more useful income than disassembling them for crafting components. If you need crafting materials, break down clothing items instead since they are plentiful but sell for much less.

Grab the Free Rayfield Caliburn in the Badlands
After the mission where you ambush Nash with Panam, check the tunnel behind the compound for a free Rayfield Caliburn. This is one of the fastest cars in the game and normally costs a fortune on the open market. You can return to the location later if you missed it, and skipping Panam's quest nets you a free Quadra from Rogue instead.
Find the Thermal Katana in the Scav Furnace Room
The Thermal Katana is found inside the warehouse from the Disasterpiece main story quest, in the basement room containing the giant furnace. If you completed the quest before the weapon was added with Phantom Liberty, simply return to the warehouse and head downstairs to pick it up.

Equip Weapon Glitch as Your Go-To Utility Hack
Weapon Glitch temporarily jams an enemy's firearm for several seconds, giving you breathing room when you're caught off guard. It lacks the flash of offensive quick hacks like Synapse Burnout or Detonate Grenade, but its utility in high-pressure situations makes it one of the most reliable quick hacks to keep slotted.
Interrupt Netrunners Before They Zero You
When a Netrunner begins hacking you, an upload progress meter appears on screen. Shoot the Netrunner to interrupt the hack immediately, or destroy the camera if the hack is routed through one. Breaking line of sight can also disrupt a hack, though it is less reliable than a direct takedown.
