Justice Maxmite (The Broken Paladin)

Breton / The AtronachA heavy-armored Breton paladin that pairs the Atronach birthsign with stacked Sigil Stone enchantments to reach 100%+ Spell Absorption. Self-cast Telekinesis spells are absorbed back into the Magicka pool for infinite casting, fueling area-of-effect shock smites that delete entire packs.
Damage
Deletes packs of 10+ Minotaurs and high-level bosses like Umbra in 2-4 swings via the Justice + Demands Retribution loop
Survivability
Hits the 85% physical armor cap with maxed Heavy Armor, plus 100%+ Spell Absorption for total magic immunity. Basically unkillable
Boss
Trivializes high-level threats. Justice debuff plus Area Shock detonation overwhelms any resistance pool

Breton
Half-elf race with the largest natural Magic Resistance in the game (50%) plus a +50 Magicka bonus and bonuses to Conjuration, Mysticism, and Restoration. Their innate magical defenses stack with Spell Absorption to push the Paladin into total magical immunity.

The Atronach
Birthsign granting +150 Magicka and a permanent 50% Spell Absorption, but at the cost of zero natural Magicka regeneration. Combined with Sigil Stone enchantments, the absorption is the foundation of the build's magic immunity and self-fueled mana loop.
Native 50% Magic Resistance and +50 Magicka pool stack directly with the Atronach absorption to make the Paladin effectively immune to all magic damage.

The endgame smite weapon. A Dwarven Mace enchanted at the Altar of Enchanting with a custom Shock Damage in 20-foot area effect. Triggered against a target debuffed with the 'Justice' touch spell, the area shock detonation amplifies through stacked Weakness to Shock and Weakness to Magic for army-deleting damage.

How to Obtain
.png&w=3840&q=75)
Endgame Dwarven (or higher) armor set with every piece enchanted for Spell Absorption (~12 points each from Transcendent Sigil Stones). Combined with the Atronach birthsign's 50% absorption, the full set pushes total Spell Absorption past 100%, granting full magic immunity and turning every absorbed spell into Magicka.
Mods & Attachments
- ▸Transcendent Sigil Stone: Spell Absorption— Each Sigil Stone adds approximately 12% Spell Absorption as a constant effect. Save before grabbing the stone and reload until Spell Absorption appears.
How to Obtain

Three constant-effect enchantment slots (amulet plus two rings) reserved for Spell Absorption Sigil Stones. These three pieces alone contribute roughly 36% Spell Absorption, which combined with the armor set and Atronach base reaches the 100% absorption breakpoint.

- ▸Transcendent Sigil Stone: Spell Absorption— Apply to each ring and amulet to push total absorption past the 100% threshold.

- Brass Rings / Bronze Necklace (Cosmetic)
How to Obtain
Mandatory early-game crutch before Spell Absorption is online. Hand-brewed Restore Magicka potions cover the Atronach's lack of natural regen so you can still cast shield buffs and the Justice debuff. Brew with Flax Seed and Bog Beacon Asco Cap or other Restore Magicka ingredient pairs.
How to Obtain
Personal tower with both Spellmaking and Enchanting altars. Bypasses the Mages Guild questline entirely and provides on-demand crafting for the Justice touch spell, Demands Retribution mace, and the Spell Absorption gear set.
Combat Strategy
- ▸Drink a Restore Magicka battery potion if your absorption stack is not yet at 100%.
- ▸Cast custom Fire, Frost, and Shock Shield buffs from Alteration for a 15 second damage reduction window.
- ▸Equip Demands Retribution and confirm the Justice touch spell is in your magic favorites.
- ▸Cast Justice on the primary target. The 20 foot area applies 100% Weakness to Shock and 100% Weakness to Magic to every nearby enemy.
- ▸Move into melee range immediately. The debuff window is short, so you want the next strike to land before it falls off.
- ▸Strike the debuffed primary target with Demands Retribution. The enchant detonates a 20 foot shock blast amplified by the stacked weaknesses.
- ▸Sweep the rest of the pack with normal swings. Trash dies to the residual area damage.
- ▸Reapply Justice every couple of swings to keep the weakness stack live for sustained AOE.
- ▸Cast Telekinesis on yourself between fights. With 100%+ Spell Absorption, the spell refunds its own cost back into your Magicka pool.
- ▸Layer a low magnitude Restoration heal over time (10 magnitude for 10 seconds) for passive HP regen mid combat.
- ▸Repair gear with Apprentice or higher hammers to keep the Sigil enchants running at full effect.
- ▸Tougher targets like Umbra die to the same loop. Apply Justice, swing Demands Retribution, repeat. The exponential weakness stacking outpaces any boss HP pool.
- ▸If a boss survives the opening detonation, cycle a self cast Telekinesis to refill Magicka and re cast Justice for a second round.
- ▸Against fast-moving casters, lead with the Master Forward Power Attack from Blunt for a paralyze proc, then drop Justice while they are locked.
