Recommended pick for this build. His Signature Ability, Multi-Hit, rolls damage twice on 10% of attacks, and his Inspirations and Masteries stack more Multi-Hit chance, Water damage, and Attack area. Every shuriken benefits because Multi-Hit rolls on each projectile hit. That said, any turtle works since the build is carried by the Ninja Power pool. Pick whichever turtle you have unlocked or enjoy most.

How to Obtain
Combat Strategy
- ▸Confirm Extended Assault, Shuriken Attacks, Quick Hands, Throwing Mastery, and Chakram are all active in the power tray.
- ▸Equip a Shuriken Tool with an elemental effect (Ooze Shuriken or Utrom Shuriken) so Shuriken Engineer has something to copy.
- ▸Stock at least one Light Shell charge for a burst window.
- ▸Dash constantly. Each dash throws one or more shurikens via Extended Assault plus Quick Hands.
- ▸Weave basic attacks between dashes. Shuriken Attacks fires extra projectiles on swing.
- ▸Position perpendicular to targets so Chakram shurikens connect on both the outbound and returning pass.
- ▸Keep Shuriken Breaker uptime stacked for the +25% damage received boost.
- ▸Maintain maximum distance to let shuriken volleys connect without committing to melee.
- ▸Dash straight through the boss hitbox so Chakram returns re-hit on the way back.
- ▸Prioritize shield-generating adds first to stop the boss from spawning uninterruptible minions.
- ▸Pop Light Shell during a predictable boss combo for a +30% damage burst window.
- ▸Use Scrap to buy health at shops. The build generates little Tool charge, so shop heals are the primary sustain.
- ▸Lean on the Heart of Tengu dodge-invulnerability extension to dash through boss attacks safely.
- ▸Break line of sight when health gets low and kite with shurikens until the room is clear.
